He has a PhD in Chemistry (University of Colorado, Boulder) and an MBA in International Business (University of Pittsburgh). Joe has been responsible Daicel’s US companies, Chiral Technologies, Inc. (Drug Analysis and Purification) and Daicel Arbor Biosciences (Genomics).
